Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased from MphaR and its associated websites and platforms operated by Medical Pharma Services, s.r.o. (“MphaR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Because our products are digital in nature, different refund rules apply compared with physical goods. Please review this Refund Policy before completing your purchase.
1. Digital Products
All products covered by this Refund Policy are digital products or digital content.
Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, activated, redeemed, consumed, or otherwise used, it is generally not eligible for a refund, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights or remedies that a consumer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Eligible Refunds
We may provide a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
Accidental Purchase
If you purchased a digital product by mistake, you may request a refund provided that the product has not been accessed, downloaded, activated, redeemed, consumed, or otherwise used.
Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the error.
Duplicate Charge or Duplicate Purchase
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once, please contact us so that we can verify the transactions.
Where a duplicate charge or purchase is confirmed, the duplicate transaction may be refunded.
Technical Problems
If a technical problem prevents you from accessing or using a purchased digital product as intended, please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.
If we are unable to provide the purchased digital product or resolve a material technical issue within a reasonable period, you may be eligible for a refund or another remedy as required by applicable law.
A refund will normally not be provided where the technical issue results from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including incompatible devices, software or systems where the relevant requirements were disclosed before purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Purchases
Except where required by applicable law, refunds will normally not be available where:
- the digital product has already been accessed, downloaded, activated, redeemed, consumed, or otherwise used;
- the customer has received and successfully used the digital product;
- the request is based solely on a change of mind after the digital product has been used;
- the customer is unable to use the product because of a failure to meet clearly disclosed technical or system requirements; or
4. EU/EEA Consumers and Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts.
For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the supply of the digital content begins, provided that:
1. you have expressly agreed that the supply of the digital content may begin before the end of the applicable withdrawal period;
2. you have acknowledged that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once supply begins; and
3. the required confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement has been provided to you.
This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have where digital content is defective, not supplied, or does not conform to the contract.

Please provide sufficient information for us to identify and review your purchase, including, where available:
- your name;
- the email address used for the purchase;
- order or transaction number;
- date of purchase;
- the digital product purchased; and
- a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify the transaction or investigate the issue.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed through the same payment provider used for the original transaction, including Stripe or Razorpay, as applicable.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the relevant payment provider, the refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card network, bank, payment method, and country. Once we have initiated a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may be outside our control.
Refunds processed through Stripe or Razorpay are also subject to the technical processing requirements and applicable terms of the relevant payment provider.
7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe that a transaction was made incorrectly or without your authorization, please contact us at support@reskript.com as soon as possible so that we can investigate the transaction.
Your rights to dispute a transaction with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider are not affected by this Refund Policy.
8. Statutory Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy is intended to describe our commercial refund practices and does not exclude, restrict, or override any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer protection law.
Where applicable law gives you rights that are more favourable than the provisions of this Refund Policy, the applicable statutory rights will prevail.
9. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, payment methods, business practices, or legal requirements.
The version applicable to a purchase will generally be the version published at the time of that purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
